Jay Gruden - "How do you handle adversity?"

Season #2 Episode #38

During my time in Washinton in 2019, I had the pleasure of coaching tennis to Jay Gruden's wife, Sherry. While coaching her, we spoke about the importance of team values that subsequently drive behaviour. She suggested that I share a values activity with her husband, Jay Gruden, who at the time was the head coach of the Washington Redskins. This was an opportunity not to be missed for The Coaching Podcast.
