#88: Rachel Karu - "Seek before you speak"

Season #4

Emma Doyle met Rachel Karu when she presented at the International Coach Federation - Colorado Chapter Meeting on the topic of Resilience. Emma was instantly engaged with her presentation style, practical activities and personable energy. In this episode, Rachel shares some great information and an important leadership message about the importance of being able to "seek before your speak."

What does Rachel believe makes a great coach? Someone who is curious, provides a safe container and seeks out information before they share. This is a wonderful energy filled conversation helping coaches and their clients reflect on how to find your true north - that is:

1) What are your natural gifts?

2) What are your passions/strengths?

3) When do you enjoy being in service to others?

We hope you enjoy your coaching and this wonderful conversation with our guest this week, corporate coach, Rachel Karu, MS, PCC.
